From our beginnings to today
When Eva von Rohr founded Von Rohr & Associates in 1993, her vision was to empower individuals to take ownership of their careers, identify and leverage their strengths and talents, and navigate an increasingly competitive and constantly evolving employment market.
This philosophy shaped our approach to career transition: helping individuals redefine or reposition their careers, within or outside an organization, while strengthening their long-term employability.
The Möbius strip featured in our logo symbolizes the idea of “continuity through transformation”, a principle at the heart of Eva von Rohr’s vision and of our Career Life-Cycle Management® concept. It reflects our belief that professional development is a continuous journey, in which periods of change can open the way to new perspectives and opportunities.
In 2020, Eva von Rohr transferred ownership of the company to Dryden ICS SA, a Swiss group with which she had worked closely for many years.
This new chapter enabled Von Rohr & Associates to build on its established expertise in outplacement and career management while broadening its approach, notably by integrating entrepreneurial exploration and support into its programs.
